What happened
Public TX community college; Art Dept runs a dedicated Jewelry/Art Metals program (own building, credit + non-credit "Enrichment" classes). SNAG's /Art link 404s but live site at alvincollege.edu/art/ confirms it; current jewelry instructor Masumi Kataoka per faculty page (Diane Falkenhagen taught it historically).
Added in the 2026 program review; not in the original 2014 directory.
