Operating trade school in Quincy, IL (700 State St) with a Horology Division teaching Jewelry Design & Repair, diamond setting, engraving, and clock/watch repair (plus a cosmetology division). Catalog Vol.120 covers 2023–2026; IBHE-approved. Faculty: Phillip Stoller (Director/Instructor) and John Williams (jewelry instructor).
