Craft school within Hazard Community & Technical College (KCTCS), Hindman KY; teaches jewelry/metals (ART 232 metalsmithing: sawing, piercing, forging, soldering) plus metals/woodworking facilities, sculpture, ceramics in an AFA/craft program. Relaunched after funding struggles; still listed/active (KCTCS site live, Yelp updated Dec 2025). Michael Flynn named as AFA coordinator (hire date uncertain); KCTCS faculty pages 404 to fetcher so a live metals-faculty roster could not be confirmed, hence medium confidence.
