What happened
Real, operating multidisciplinary community arts center in Midland, MI (mcfta.org redirects to midlandcenter.org). Its Studio School runs jewelry/metals classes (Jewelry Fabrication, Cold Connection, Lost Wax Casting, Chain & Jump Ring Making) via a dedicated 'Jewelry Fabrication' catalog category; instructor Roger Schmidt (most recent confirmed offering Fall 2024). Spring/Summer 2026 nav currently lists ceramics/drawing/painting/glass/fiber only (no jewelry visible this term, possibly on hiatus during ongoing campus construction), so metals/jewelry is a documented but rotating part of the curriculum — hence medium confidence.
