What happened
Continuation with no closure or rename. Lisa Lockman, listed in the archived record as "1990 to present," is still on faculty as Professor of Art teaching metalsmithing as of 2026, confirming uninterrupted operation of the metals/jewelry offering since the directory went offline. Metalsmithing remains embedded in the Art B.A./B.F.A. studio program. The only evolution is added digital-fabrication access via the Nebraska Innovation Studio makerspace.
