What happened
Clear continuation since ~2014. The program remains an active BFA Jewelry/Metals concentration in the Art Department, present in the current NJCU live website and academic catalog. Kenneth MacBain (in the archived record as 1994–Present) is still active faculty and still listed as Head of the Jewelry/Metals Concentration. No evidence of closure, merger, or renaming. The archived predecessor "Dr Elaine Foster 1967 to 1994" reflects the prior program lead before MacBain.
