What happened
Public community college. The credit Art dept does not teach metals/jewelry; the jewelry program lives in SBCC's School of Extended Learning "Jewelry Arts Studio" at the Wake Center (300 N. Turnpike Rd). The 2025–2026 catalog lists Enameling-Glass on Metal, Jewelry Soldering, Lost Wax Casting, metalsmithing, lapidary, and a Jewelry Workshop.
