Major public research university. Its degree-granting Dept. of Art & Art History does NOT list metals/jewelry as a studio concentration (areas: ceramics, sculpture, painting, printmaking, photography, book arts, etc.). BUT its Continuing Education / Lifelong Learning division currently offers metals/jewelry classes — Metalsmithing I & II, "Jewelry Make and Take: Sterling Silver Ring with Cabochon," bronze-clay jewelry, etc. (some held at Salt City Smithery, South Salt Lake). So instruction exists at the non-credit/community level. No named metals/jewelry faculty are published on the accessible pages, so faculty left empty. Likely a SNAG listing tied to the institution generally rather than a degree program.
