thinning solution (Phil. Mag. 41, 1950) with the Chakrabarty–Alexander exponent (J. Strain
Analysis 5, 1970); the Siebel/Sachs hoop term for a flange drawn inward; the Hopkins–Prager
clamped-plate collapse load (J. Mech. Phys. Solids 2, 1953); and the Keeler–Brazier FLC0
regression (1977) as a plane-strain floor.
