There is a link between introversion and nearsightedness, and it’s not just the metaphoric myopia. The extrovert is the noise of the worlds they hold inside, shouting down from great distances, with the confidence of seeing hemispheres at a time. The introvert is in a world made mute in insulated apertures; close enough to read the serifs, workshopping texts in conferences of one. The invaginate see that analog order breaks stochastically at some proximity, that the visible can be split when filtered for one variable at a time and that landscapes are made in minds (looking to compress even the smallest infinities.)
