warming up the workshop. something is jammed — usually a stale service worker or old stored state from a prior session. Reset clears it and tries again.
swarf is a browser-first CNC interface. It needs service workers + SharedArrayBuffer, which most browsers allow by default but some private / incognito modes do not. If reset doesn't bring it back, add ?reset=1 to the URL and reload.
