F41 is the broader GM-corporate sport-handling option, available across the F-body line and adjacent platforms. On Firebird and Camaro it lives below WS6 in the package hierarchy: it firms up the suspension but does not bring the larger wheels, faster steering, or four-wheel discs that WS6 bundles. Common on base Firebird with light upgrades; deprecated on Trans Am from 1985 onward when WS6 became standard.
