V6W — longitudinal C-stripe

1970 Dodge body-side stripe option. Long horizontal stripe running through the door and rear quarter, terminating in a graphic flourish at the rear.

The longitudinal C-stripe is the alternative to V8X bumblebee stripes — a horizontal belt-line stripe running the length of the body side, terminating in a forward-curving flourish at the rear quarter. On 1970 Super Bee the stripe carries the Super Bee badge at the rear-quarter end. On Coronet R/T it carries the R/T monogram in the same position.

Spotting tip: a car with V6W and not V8X has clean horizontal lines on the rear deck (no rear-wrapping bumblebee). Phil's car carries V6W — that's what the rear-quarter detail photo shows.
