Sipe

Treads, lugs, sipes — the part of the shoe that contacts the ground, wears down, gets thrown away. Sipe lays out tread blocks on a parametric grid, scatters them irregularly where regularity would read wrong, and hands you back an outsole or tirey surface you can print or CNC.
